RemX is seeking experienced Underwriter for our client in the San Bernardino area.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 4 years recent experience as an Underwriter. Experience with FHA loans is a huge plus.

Processing chargeback deductions
Processing credit & debit memos within SAP
Researching deductions and analyzing claims back up
Validating claims against promotions
Researching and resolving pricing and/or quantity discrepancies
Communicate with sales force for problem resolution
File claim disputes and follow up on repayments
Document claims status
Data entry
Additional duties may as determined
Experience / skills:
SAP experience preferred
Intermediate Excel
High school diploma is required
Some college education (especially accounting) preferred
Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment in an efficient manner
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up and problem solve
Good verbal & written communication skills (Writing sample will be required)
Good documentation skills
Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments
Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and volume goals (must be results oriented)
Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize

Expanded metal manufacturer located near Ontario, California is seeking a self motivated Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller who is able to perform all month end functions, issue monthly management reports and update and model costing schedules. The position will report directly to the CFO and responsibilities will include accounting and financial analysis, as well as assisting the CFO with various daily issues.
